These glow powders are off white in daylight and glows an intense luminous aqua color in the dark or under a UV or black light.

Glow factor may vary depending on how much or little you add and what you are adding it to, it is suggested mixing 1 part (glow powder) to 5 part (epoxy) 1:5 ratio. Approximately 20%
