Refund and Exchange Policy

Refund /Exchange Policy  


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Also, an exchange will be approved for reasons listed below

  • Item was received damaged
  • Item is defective
  • Wrong item was shipped 

We ask that you send us an email along with an attached photo to info@yourglittershop.com and a brief description of the issue. We will respond back to you within 24 hours with instructions on how to return the item. A new item will be shipped once the original item has been received. We will notify you that your return has been received and also provide shipping details for your new item. 

Please keep in mind we DO NOT honor any refunds or exchanges for products that you "just didn't like" so please make sure you are very sure about the item before you order it. Based on the circumstances if we are issuing a refund please be advised the refund amount minus shipping fees and promo code amount if one was used will be issued back to the form of payment in which it was received. Please allow 3-5 business days to see the refund post back to your account.
